Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single tent, flag or table cover.
What is the turnaround?
Most orders take about 2.5 to 3 weeks, and many ship sooner. Tell us your in hand date when you ask for a quote.
What tent sizes do you offer?
Our standard tents are 10x10, 10x15 and 10x20. Custom sizes are available from 5x5 up to 20x20.
How much does a custom tent cost?
Every order is custom quoted. Price depends on size, frame, how much is printed and any walls or accessories. Send us the details and we'll get back to you with a quote.
What size table covers do you make?
We make table covers for 4 ft, 6 ft and 8 ft tables. Tell us your table size when you ask for a quote.
Do you make tents for police departments and EMS?
Yes. We make tents, flags and table covers for fire departments, police and sheriff's departments, EMS agencies and dispatch centers.
Can you use our patch or logo?
Yes. Send us a photo or your original artwork. If we already made your patch, we can usually work from that file.
Which frame should we get?
The standard frame is lighter and works for most events. The heavy duty frame is stronger and better for outdoor use and windy days. Always weigh your tent down with weight plates or sandbags.
